How Can I Cancel My Order?

You can create a cancellation request by clicking My Orders> Cancel on the page that opens when you click the Account link in the upper right corner of the screen after login. If the status of your order is "Approved", you can cancel your orders. If your order has been shipped, the "Cancel" request will not be active. In this case, you can follow the return procedure.

I want to return the product I bought, what should I do?

If you are not completely satisfied with the product or products you have ordered, you can return the products within 14 working days from the date you receive them. In the return process, the products must be unused and returned with their original packages. Free or promotional items sent as part of the order must also be returned, if any, along with all returned items. Please do not forget to fill in the return form sent to you carefully and completely and to send it back. Make sure that the package is packed securely and waterproof. Please note that the costs of return delivery must be paid by the customer. Tommy Life is not responsible for creating a return shipment label or refunding the shipment costs back to customer.  

What are the products that cannot be returned?

There is no refund for product groups such as socks and underwears if the replacement is not made with the original packaging and the products are used. If the product is found to have been used by the Buyer in excess of the usual use, the product cannot be replaced. In this case, the Buyer does not have the right to withdraw.

When will the payment of the product I return be made?

We will process your refund within 7 -14 business days after we receive your return cargo. The reflection of the refund made after your return confirmation may vary depending on your bank.

What should I do if I receive a wrong or defective product?

We apologize in advance for incorrect product, size, color, etc. due to Tommy Life. Please get in touch with customer service team. If you send the product to us within the return period, your refund will be carried out after performing the necessary checks.
