How long will it take for my order to arrive ?

Your orders are delivered to the cargo company serving on your region within 2 business days. Your delivery will be made within the first working day as the cargo companies do not work during the public holidays and holidays.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your cargo departs. These determined shipping times may vary depending on the shipping company, although the planned shipping times can be delivered to your cargo within 1-5 business days, taking into account the summer-winter conditions and campaign periods.

Packages delivered internationally may be subject to customs duty. In this case, customs officials will inform you about how to receive your order. Customs duty may vary according to your order and shipping country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay duty on any order subject to customs clearance. 

How Can I Find Out That My Order Has Been Shipped?

When your order is shipped, we will forward you a confirmation e-mail. You can track your cargo on the cargo website with the cargo tracking number written in this email. You can also check that -after your order has been shipped, by logging in tommylife.com.tr, from My Account> My Orders.
