  1. The subject of the contract

  1. Definitions

4.9. TOMMY LIFE always has the right to unilaterally delete the membership of the member, delete the files, documents and information belonging to the customer. Member accepts this right in advance. In this case, TOMMY LIFE has no responsibility. It is up to TOMMY LIFE to decide whether to delete any record of the user account terminated by TOMMY LIFE or the member. The user cannot claim any right or compensation regarding the deleted records.

 

4.10. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the user through the website www.tommylife.com.tr. The authorization of the user who ends his membership will be canceled.

 

4.11. The members' relations with each other and / or third parties are at their own risk.

TOMMY LIFE has the right of recourse to the member for all kinds of compensation and / or administrative and / or judicial fines that the member may have to pay to public institutions and / or third parties due to their contractual behavior.

4.24. The parties agree and declare that all computer records of TOMMY LIFE will be the sole and true exclusive evidence based on HUMK article 287 and that such records constitute a contract of evidence.

 

Termination of the Contract

This agreement will remain in effect until the member cancels his membership or until his membership is canceled by TOMMY LIFE. In the event that TOMMY LIFE violates any provision of the membership agreement, the member can cancel the membership unilaterally and cancel the agreement unilaterally.

 

Violation of Disputes

Istanbul Çağlayan Courts and Istanbul Çağlayan Enforcement Offices are authorized in disputes regarding this contract.

 

Notification Addresses

The e-mail address reported by the member to TOMMY LIFE is accepted as the e-mail that will require the legal address for any notification regarding this contract. Unless the parties notify the other party in writing within 3 (three) days of their changes in their existing e-mail, they agree that requests to the old e-mail will be valid and deemed to have been made to them. It will be assumed that any notices to be made by TOMMY LIFE using the registered e-mail address reported by the member will arrive at the user 1 (one) day after the e-mail is sent by TOMMY LIFE.
